Angela Padilla
Case Manager
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Angela's journey has taken her through a couple of cities in Arizona and Oregon, ultimately guiding her to the breathtaking shores of Oahu, Hawaii, her mother's place of birth. Prior to her time on Oahu, she also resided on the Big Island for a span of two years.
Angela became involved in surrogacy by supporting a close friend on a journey of carrying for two dads. This experience ignited her desire to help a family in a similar way. After having her third child and months of research, Angela was connected with a wonderful couple from France through a local agency in Portland, OR in 2014. She carried twins for them, marking her first surrogacy experience. Shortly thereafter, an opportunity arose for her to become a founding team member of a new local surrogacy agency, where she served as a Case Manager for three years. This role sparked her passion for supporting women on their own surrogacy journeys. She decided to help another family, carrying a second set of twins for a loving couple from Israel in 2016.
Angela holds a deep belief in the transformative impact and diligent dedication of surrogacy. With a distinguished 18+ years in various roles within administration, human resources, and holistic support, she is enthusiastic about contributing to the Heart to Hands team, providing loving and caring assistance to those on their surrogacy journeys.
Beyond her professional passions, Angela spends time exploring Oahu’s hidden gems alongside her family and embracing new experiences while making beautiful memories. A collector of seashells and plants, she’s finding peace in life’s simple treasures, which brings her genuine joy. She also loves to travel and experience different cultures.
